Meet the Evolution Series ES 100
The Evolution Series ES 100 is a handheld flexo color proofer designed to deliver a true representation of ink performance on press. By using the same components found on your flexographic printing press—such as flexo plates, sticky bags, doctor blades, and anilox rolls—the ES 100 allows you to create accurate ink drawdowns that closely mirror press results.
The ES 100 accepts all standard 1” anilox rolls, which are easy to exchange, making it a highly flexible and practical proofing solution
Designed to Resemble Your Flexo Press
The ES 100 uses photopolymer plates, just like those on your press. Plates can be processed in-house, giving you full control over plate files, resolution, and test parameters. This flexibility allows you to tailor proofing exactly to your production conditions.
In addition, the patented dot gain technology enables measurement of density and dot gain directly on the drawdown—ensuring accurate prediction of ink behavior on press.
